Digital product nature

Street Start, Pace Builder, and Team Loop are digital guidance products delivered electronically. Because content can be accessed immediately after delivery, return eligibility depends on usage status and request timing.

Eligibility window

You may request a return review within 7 calendar days of confirmed product delivery if you have not substantially accessed program modules beyond the introductory section.

Non-returnable cases

Returns are generally not available when full program content has been downloaded, exported, or shared, or when access credentials have been transferred to additional users without authorization.

How to request a return

Send a return request to office@refreshmovemente.world with your full name, purchase reference, product name, and reason for the request. Include the date in your message for faster processing.

Review process

Our team reviews each request within 3 to 5 business days. We may request additional details to verify purchase records and product usage status before making a decision.

Approved returns

If a return is approved, access to the relevant program product is deactivated and a refund is issued to the original payment method when applicable. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider schedules.

Partial adjustments

In limited cases, partial credits may be offered toward another Refreshmovemente product when full return criteria are not met but service disruption occurred on our side.
